Job summary

A leading therapeutic school is seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist to deliver mandated speech/language services and develop IEP goals for students with special needs. This role requires a Master's degree in speech/language pathology, Illinois State license, and experience working with special needs populations. The Speech/Language Pathologist will collaborate with classroom teams and provide support throughout the academic year, ultimately helping students achieve independence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with special needs populations necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech/language services as mandated on student IEPs.
• Develop appropriate IEP goals based on assessment results.
• Submit quarterly progress reports to the clinical coordinator.
• Participate in all classroom team meetings on caseload.
• Provide and document directly/consult therapy minutes as required.

Skills

Education

Master’s Degree in speech/language pathology

Illinois State license

Completion of required clinical hours for degree/license
