Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, active state SLP license is required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience preferred (home health experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in patients’ homes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Provide skilled speech therapy interventions as required.
