RWS – TrainAI is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist (Spanish LATAM) to work remotely on a freelance, part-time basis. The role involves evaluating AI dialogue quality through structured prompts and scenarios, with immediate start and 10+ hours per week.

You will rate responses for relevance, accuracy and clarity, and provide actionable feedback under project guidelines. The position offers flexible hours and remote work from anywhere with LATAM Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Spanish.
• Fluent or advanced English (B2–C2).
• Experience in machine learning tasks, data collection/preprocessing, data evaluation and labeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
