Job summary

RWS is hiring a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support Italian-language assessment of AI-generated content. This freelance, remote position offers a flexible part-time schedule and an immediate start, with roughly 10+ hours per week.

You will participate in short voice conversations with AI models, follow prompts, rate responses for relevance, accuracy, and clarity, and provide objective feedback according to project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Italian.
• English proficiency: fluent to advanced (B2–C2).
• Experience with machine learning tasks, data collection/preprocessing, data evaluation or labeling (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
