Dorado is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to help improve AI-generated content in German. This freelance, part-time role offers a flexible remote schedule with work-from-home options in Germany.

Start immediately with 10+ hours per week and a rate of 18 USD per hour. You will participate in short voice conversations, follow scenario prompts, and evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, and clarity, providing objective ratings and feedback per guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in German.
• English proficiency at B2–C2.
• Experience with AI/data tasks is a plus (ML/data tasks, data collection/preprocessing, evaluation, annotation).

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models on a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity and quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback per project guidelines.
• Complete tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
