RWS - TrainAI is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist for Japanese language tasks. This freelance, remote position offers part-time hours (10+ per week) with flexible scheduling and immediate start.

Work from home in Japan and earn $18 per hour, with payments issued promptly. You'll participate in short voice interactions with AI models, rate responses, and provide guidance to improve model safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Japanese.
• English proficiency: Fluent or advanced (B2-C2).
• AI & Data Capabilities (Preferred): experience in ML tasks, data collection/ preprocessing, evaluation/QA, labeling.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within quality and productivity expectations.
