CenterWell Pharmacy is hiring a Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 to support Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation and patient communications.

Candidates must reside in AZ, FL, or OH and have an active Pharmacy Technician license, PTCB/NHA certification, and strong data entry and multi-tasking skills.

The role includes training from day one with 40 hours weekly and a pay range of $40,000 to $52,300 per year.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state you reside.
• Must be certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Inbound and/or outbound phone experience
• Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including: Outlook, Word and Excel
• Adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong data entry

Responsabilités

• Support Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation by dispensing Specialty Rx medications
• Perform computations and semi-routine administrative/operational/customer support tasks
• May contact physicians for prescription clarification and may enter prescription orders into the system
• Ensure adherence to Specialty Rx processes and programs to optimize health outcomes
• Follow standard policies with some latitude over prioritization/timing and independent discretion
