Banner Health is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Technician in Chandler, AZ. The role involves assisting pharmacists with preparation, dispensing, and patient-related tasks within a call-center oriented environment.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with remote work possible after meeting metrics; 8 months remote, 4 months onsite rotation. Candidates should have a valid Pharmacy Technician license/ certification in Arizona (or intern license) and at least one year of experience, with

Qualificações

Requires Pharmacy Technician licensure and active Pharmacy Technician certification OR Pharmacy Intern licensure in the state of practice.
Minimum of one year of pharmacy technician experience.
Ability to attend and complete 160 hours of on the job training.
Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

Assist the specialty pharmacist with preparation, compounding and dispensing of medications.
Process orders and manage delivery setup for patients of the Specialty Pharmacy.
Support claims processing, inventory management, and reporting for URAC Specialty Pharmacy Accreditations.
Collaborate with Fulfillment Center team to ensure a positive patient experience.
Follow policies and regulatory requirements and perform other work assignments.
