Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support routine pharmacy operations at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center. You will assist with packaging, distribution, non-sterile compounding, and maintaining accurate medication records under pharmacist supervision.

You will help manage inventory, restock meds, and navigate the pharmacy computer systems while upholding regulatory standards and patient safety. The role may involve training peers and supporting patient-care activities.

Qualifications

• Requires Pharmacy Technician licensure/certification in Arizona.
• Strong math, excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with routine duties in packaging, distribution and non-sterile compounding.
• Maintain inventory, receive orders and restock medications as needed.
• Operate pharmacy computer systems and document all tasks per policy.
• Support training of peers and ensure age-appropriate patient care.
