Responsibilities

• Obtain new prescriptions and prescription refill information
• Perform daily pharmacy technician duties, including various administrative, operational, and customer support assignments
• Perform computations related to prescriptions
• Interact with patients and affiliate primary care clinic
• Retrieve, count, and measure drugs
• Assist pharmacist in price-checking and restocking drugs
• Access, input, and retrieve prescription information from computer
• Refer physicians' calls and medical questions to pharmacist
• Operate a cash register as needed

Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, exercising some latitude over prioritization and timing while working under minimal direction. Follow standard policies and practices, allowing for independent discretion.

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active Florida Pharmacy Technician license.
• Must be active or become certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and ability to learn and use platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, etc.
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation to office locations.
• Must be willing to meet for an in‑person interview with leader(s).

Preferred Qualifications

• Immunizations‑Certified
• BLS/CPR Certified
• Spanish‑speaking

Workstyle

• Location: 4601 North Congress Ave, West Palm Beach 33407
• Schedule: 8:30-5:00PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday. We are closed for lunch 12:30-1:00 and closed on the weekends.
• Travel: Possible floating throughout additional Palm Beach County offices as business needs.

Compensation

Pay range: $40,000 – $52,300 per year for full‑time (40hours per week) employment.
