Job summary

Bmr-Partners is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative for a fully remote role covering Florida. The position focuses on applying promotional and selling strategies to expand company business, delivering revenue, and informing physicians and health care professionals about specialty products.

Responsibilities include marketing, maintaining client relations, prospecting, and executing targeted sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (preferred).
• Specialty Sales/Home Infusion Pharmacy Experience 2–4 years (required).
• Active Book of Business preferred.
• Five years of outside pharmaceutical sales experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Market specialty products and services including oncology and other therapies.
• Maintain relationships with targeted clients.
• Prospect and cold call to cultivate referrals.
• Implement promotional campaigns and target marketing plans to increase market visibility.
• Develop collaborative relationships with pharmaceutical counterparts.
• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure proper information flow between clients and the pharmacy.
• Execute sales plans and strategies with timely follow-up.
• Other duties as assigned.
