Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Regional Account Liaison for BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, focused on expanding adoption of specialty medications within Oncology, Dermatology, and related areas. The role is field-based, requiring regular client visits and travel across the stated Florida territory.

You will develop regional sales strategies, engage healthcare providers, and partner with leadership to meet business objectives while navigating reimbursement and educational needs of clinical teams.

Qualifications

BA/BS and a minimum of 6 years in pharma/healthcare or related field.
Experience in building and maintaining client relationships in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage clinicians and staff.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategy to drive BioPlus adoption for specialty meds.
Maintain territory sales effectiveness through regular in-person meetings with providers and staff.
Identify key accounts using databases and Salesforce, document activity, analyze metrics.
Build and sustain relationships with providers, clinical teams, and pharma partners.
Maintain a call cycle and report on referrals and outcomes.
Travel within the region and participate in meetings, conferences, and training.
