Orsini Rare Disease Pharmacy Solutions seeks a Specialty Pharmacy Program Analyst to support manufacturer programs, collaborating with HUB, case management, prescribers, and patients to ensure timely, accurate updates. This remote role involves occasional travel for team or customer meetings.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years related experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage urgent issues, multitask, and deliver results in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in specialty pharmacy; 8+ years if no degree.
• Experience in manufacturer settings and with manufacturer account reps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Customer service orientation with urgency when resolving issues.
• Team collaboration and adaptability with changing priorities.
• Ability to manage intake via phone and email; multitask under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide concise and accurate patient status information to manufacturers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite patient processing.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated reimbursement issues.
• Serve as point of contact to manufacturer field reps, MD offices, and patients.
• Lead weekly calls with manufacturers in coordination with Program Manager.
• Perform enhanced services such as welcome calls per guidance.
• Develop strategies to accelerate shipments when delays occur.
• Attend scheduled meetings and review internal reports.
