Job summary

National Field Representatives Inc. is seeking a Specialty Scope Coordinator to recruit and onboard specialty contractors across a nationwide network, with an NH office option.

The role focuses on hazard claim repairs and large scope construction projects, assigning orders, reviewing claims, and negotiating pricing with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality service. Remote work is available with the option to work hybrid or in-office from NH; strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in contractor/vendor recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience in construction or property preservation recruiting.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Research independent contractor leads and assess suitability for NFR network.
• Sell benefits of joining NFR to independent contractors nationwide.
• Onboard contractors from inquiry to active vendor status, including interviews and document collection.
• Make informed decisions solo or with colleagues as needed.
• Improve processes to deliver timely, quality work to customers.
• Communicate professionally with field network, contractors and partners.
• Basic understanding of construction estimating software is a plus.
