Job summary

Medical Mutual seeks a seasoned sales professional to sell custom-designed specialty benefit packages to clients and brokers in the Centerville/Dayton area. You will leverage product knowledge to influence clients and tailor specialty benefits to their needs.

Responsibilities include building broker relationships, presenting proposals, closing contracts, and meeting sales quotas. Requires a Bachelor's degree and an Ohio Insurance License with 5 years in health/specialty insurance sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 5 years progressive experience in health/specialty insurance sales.
• Current Ohio Department of Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain broker/client relationships via networking.
• Develop and deliver sales proposals and close contracts for specialty benefits.
• Meet sales quotas and revenue goals within given time frame.
• Submit rate requests to support personnel for proposals.
• Forecast sales and participate in planning; mentor junior staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
