Job summary

Strategic Benefits of Cincinnati seeks a motivated Sales Producer to prospect, acquire, and service clients’ insurance needs through face‑to‑face interaction and relationship building. You will represent our Employee Benefits and Commercial insurance products while developing strategic partnerships and fostering client loyalty.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of outside sales, an insurance license, and is highly self‑driven with strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Employee Benefits or Commercial Insurance License.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and results-oriented.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess insurance needs, risk exposure, and goals.
• Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals with coverage terms.
• Source quotes from multiple carriers and explain advantages of each option.
• Develop sales plans to exceed new business goals.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and outreach to grow the book.
• Maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Stay informed on market trends, carrier offerings, and regulations.
• Track sales activities and KPIs to improve results.
• Collaborate with teams for onboarding and policy servicing.
• Uphold client confidentiality and professional ethics.
