Job summary

GSK is seeking a field-based specialty sales professional to drive engagement with allergists, pulmonologists, nurses, and managers in the Memphis area. The role focuses on scientific knowledge and customer-centric selling to support biologic products.

You will collaborate with payer relations, marketing, and medical teams to optimize access, reimbursement, and patient outcomes, while maintaining GSK values and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Domestic travel up to 30% may be necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Scientific Knowledge, Business Acumen, and Customer Engagement expertise to specialist customers in support of a GSK biologic product.
• Understand reimbursement/distribution landscape for specialist customers and refer to appropriate resources within GSK guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of severe asthma therapeutic expertise and provide product educational programs to customers.
• Work within Compliance guidelines and GSK values.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and account plans for Allergists, Pulmonologists, nurses, and business/office managers.
• Maintain strong relationships with Marketing, Payer Relations Managers, Medical (MSLs), and other functions within GSK.
• Effectively manage allocated resources (financial) and deliver outstanding customer service.
