Qualifications

• At least five years of corporate law experience
• Experience supporting venture-capital and emerging-growth matters
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with national teams

Responsibilities

• Support with company formations and basic formation documents
• Assist with equity issuances for clients
• Assist with basic consulting and employment agreements
• Manage Carta administration and document repositories
