Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a full-time Substitute Special Education Teacher to deliver online curriculum in alignment with each student's IEP across multiple schools.

The role requires licensure in multiple states and a flexible, 40+ hour work week in a remote environment. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, a state Special Education license, and be willing to obtain additional licenses in up to three states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent.
• Active State Special Education teaching license is required.
• Must obtain additional Special Education licenses in at least three states with up to five preferred by day one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online instruction and manage the learning process.
• Address students' IEP goals and include accommodations/modifications.
• Communicate with families and learning coaches in a timely manner.
• Maintain student data and progress toward IEP objectives.
• Provide engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences.
