Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Valid teaching license or certification in Special Education.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably online/remote.
• Proven experience developing and implementing IEPs.
• Familiarity with various disabilities and evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Proficiency with video conferencing platforms, LMS, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of online special education challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with diverse needs.
