Job summary

Fullmind is seeking a Special Education Case Manager / Teacher of Record for its Homeschool Extension. This fully remote, 1099 contract role involves developing IEPs, coordinating meetings, and maintaining compliance records for students with IEPs across Minnesota.

The educator serves as the TOR and primary educational partner, guiding families through curriculum choices, accommodations, and services to meet student needs, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of documentation and progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minnesota valid Student with Disabilities teaching license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Familiarity with MN standards and assessment/compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, complete, and finalize IEPs in alignment with Minnesota requirements.
• Schedule and facilitate IEP team meetings and annual reviews.
• Collect, organize, and maintain required documentation and meeting records.
• Write clear, compliant documentation for each stage of the IEP process.
