Job summary

Fullmind is seeking a Special Education Case Manager for its Homeschool Extension. As Teacher of Record, you will guide students with IEPs, collaborate with families, and sign off on academic and compliance records.

This fully remote 1099 contract requires Minnesota teaching licensure, work authorization in the United States, and the ability to schedule sessions around student needs. Expect to manage IEP development, documentation, and progress reporting while coordinating with Fullmind’s

Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate SIS workflows and maintain compliance records.
• Familiarity with Minnesota standards and assessments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, complete, and finalize IEPs in alignment with Minnesota requirements.
• Schedule and facilitate IEP team meetings and evaluations.
• Maintain documentation including parent input, evaluation data, and meeting records.
• Write clear, compliant documentation for the special education process.
• Monitor IEP goals and share progress with families on schedule.
• Ensure accommodations and services are reflected on the learning platform.
• Serve as the family’s academic and special education point of contact.
• Coordinate with ops/enrollment and district registrar on records.
• Review attendance and grading records weekly.
• Verify schedules align with IEP goals and Minnesota standards.
