Job summary

CyberRisk Alliance seeks a highly organized Speaker Logistics Manager to support our national cybersecurity events, including Identiverse, InfoSec World, and MSSP Alert Live. Location is NYC, NY or Remote, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event operations or speaker management
• Experience supporting logistics for multi-speaker programs at large conferences
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Swoogo and Sessionboard is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end speaker logistics for events, including onboarding, communication, travel coordination, and on-site support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for speakers from confirmation through post-event follow-up
• Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation) within budget and policy
• Manage speaker schedules, session details, and rehearsal timelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally with programming, marketing, production, and operations
• Track and maintain speaker records, contracts, bios, headshots, and presentations
• Ensure timely collection/review of speaker deliverables (presentations, AV needs)
• Proactively resolve logistic issues pre-event and on-site
• Support on-site execution: check-in, green room, session transitions
• Monitor budgets related to speaker travel/logistics for cost efficiencies
• Continuously improve speaker processes, tools, and communications
• Frequency of travel: up to 25% annually
