CyberRisk Alliance in New York, NY is seeking a Speaker Logistics Manager to own end-to-end speaker logistics for its national cybersecurity events. You will coordinate onboarding, travel, and on-site support, acting as the primary speaker liaison from confirmation through post-event follow-up.
The role requires 3+ years in event operations or speaker management, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Speaker Logistics Manager to support our portfolio of national cybersecurity events, including Identiverse, InfoSec World, and MSSP Alert Live. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-touch experience for speakers while ensuring flawless logistical execution across all event phases. You’ll work at the center of our event operations - partnering with programming, marketing, and production teams to manage speaker communications, travel, and on-site coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates challenges before they arise, and brings a customer-first mindset to every interaction.
A successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. A “can-do” attitude is a must.
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, CRA is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account numerous factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to a candidates\' qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000 to $70,000, which does not include other compensation and benefits package.
