Job summary

All American Entertainment in Durham, NC, is seeking an experienced Event Logistics professional to manage logistics for in-person and virtual speaking engagements. You will liaise between speakers, their teams, and clients, and handle pre-event needs including travel arrangements and marketing assets.

The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple events under tight timelines.

Qualifications

Event management experience required.
Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage logistics for in-person and virtual speaking engagements, averaging 5–8 events per week.
Liaise between speakers, their teams, and clients.
Own pre-event needs: marketing assets, promotions, briefings, and travel for speakers.
Coordinate book signings, green rooms, and meet-and-greets.
Book flights, hotels, and car service for speakers.
Create and update event itineraries.
Collect and reconcile post-event expenses and support accounting.
Triage day-of issues and maintain client satisfaction.
