Job summary

4 Corner Resources is seeking a Remote Bilingual Pharmacy Technician for a health plan. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, ideal for a bilingual technician who wants to support members from home and collaborate with pharmacists and care teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing medication lists, coordinating refills, arranging appointments, and assisting with MTM interventions. The role requires Spanish fluency, PTCB/NHA certification or state license, and a valid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required; fluent reading, writing and speaking.
• Experience communicating clearly with patients, providers, and pharmacists.
• Nationally certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB, NHA, or equivalent) or licensed/registered in good standing.
• Active license in one of the approved states (AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, LA, MS, NC, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NY, OK, SD, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV, WY).

Responsibilities

• Review member medication lists to support adherence and resolve barriers to therapy.
• Coordinate refills and new prescriptions, schedule appointments, and connect members with financial assistance.
• Document care and communicate updates to other providers.
• Partner with pharmacists and MTM teams to support treatment plans.
• Collaborate with community pharmacies to monitor adherence and communicate with members.
• Conduct patient health assessments and identify barriers to adherence.
• Communicate with members and providers primarily by phone.
