Qualifications

• Two years of retail pharmacy technician experience with an active license in the past two years.
• Fluent bilingual (Spanish) required.
• Management experience preferred and 340B experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle telepharmacy communications and patient interactions.
• Process prescriptions and ensure compliance with state/federal laws.
• Assist on-site and remote teams; manage day-to-day telepharmacy operations.
• Maintain cash handling and POS procedures per policy.
• Support inventory, scheduling, reports, and asset protection.
