Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Mercedes-Benz owners, providing an unparalleled customer experience consistent with the luxury automotive brand.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries, vehicle specifications, and service scheduling with professional precision.
• Manage automotive service documentation and customer account updates within internal CRM systems.
• Resolve complex automotive-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest automotive product lines and technological advancements from Mercedes-Benz.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the brand’s high-performance standards are met across all customer touchpoints.
