Job summary

Hennepin Healthcare seeks a Connection Advisor Associate, Spanish, to join the Connection Center team. This full-time, remote role (80 hours per pay period) handles inbound calls, schedules appointments, updates patient information, and documents interactions using EHR and call center systems.

The position requires strong bilingual Spanish language skills, remote work readiness, and ability to work Monday–Friday with training on campus for one week. Remote work begins after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year data look-up/data entry experience.
• 2 years in customer service with analytical problem-solving.
• 1 year call center experience in medical industry.
• 1 year remote work experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Answers calls, screens, and redirects as needed.
• Schedules, cancels, and reschedules appointments per policies.
• Captures demographic and insurance information accurately.
• Completes patient registrations professionally and timely.
• Maintains compliance with training and guidelines.
