Job summary

Propio Language Services is seeking experienced Remote Spanish Contract Interpreters for its OnDemand PropioONE service. The role requires performing consecutive interpretation, following client protocols, and maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

Applicants must submit an English resume, demonstrate ILR 3+ proficiency, and pass a Mockoral interpretation. A background check and medical terminology assessment are required prior to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Submission of updated Resume in English at time of Application.
• English Language Proficiency with ILR level 3 or higher.
• Successful completion of a Mockoral interpretation session.
• Completion of Propio's online Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology Assessment.
• Full Background Check and Security Screen.
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides consecutive, first-person interpretation.
• Follows interpreter protocols and Propio client procedures.
• Adheres to Propio policies on confidentiality and ethics.
• Maintains vocabulary and subject knowledge for medical, legal, social services, etc.
