Job summary

A Veteran-Owned Translation Services Firm is looking for skilled Spanish Document Translators to join their USCIS contract team. The role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, along with the ability to handle sensitive immigration documents with confidentiality and high accuracy. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, have 2+ years of translation experience, and ideally hold ATA certification. Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of professional translation experience, preferably with legal or government documents.
• ATA certification or equivalent credentials strongly preferred.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 clearance.

Responsibilities

• Translate official USCIS documents from Spanish to English and vice versa.
• Proofread translations to ensure clarity and appropriateness.
• Collaborate with Quality Control Analysts for ISO 17100 standards.
