Job summary

Dorado is seeking a remote, part-time QA reviewer to listen to AI-narrated audiobooks in Spanish (US). You will evaluate naturalness and accuracy, log errors, and specify where issues occur, helping improve models.

This role requires about 20 hours per week and a keen, patient ear for detail. Ideal candidates are native or near-native Spanish speakers with some annotation or proofreading experience and the ability to communicate clearly in English with the team.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish (US).
• Active audiobook listener with strong opinions about good narration.
• Experience with annotation, transcription, proofreading, or detail-oriented review.

Responsibilities

• Listen to AI-narrated Spanish audiobooks and evaluate naturalness, accuracy, and enjoyment.
• Spot and log errors in synthesized speech (skipped words, mispronunciations, etc.).
• Categorize issues and mark exact spans using our review tooling.
• Report on overall listener satisfaction and identify natural vs. disrupted narration.
• Maintain accuracy and focus across long listening sessions.
