Mercor is seeking a Spanish (Mexico) Audio Generalist Evaluator Expert for a remote contract role. This position involves transcribing and evaluating Spanish audio content, as well as developing evaluation rubrics. The work requires 10–20 hours per week at $50/hour.

Ideal candidates have native or near-native Spanish (Mexico) and professional English, strong editing and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. College students or recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in Spanish (Mexico), ensuring clarity and adherence to guidelines.
• Develop detailed evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in Spanish and English for consumer audio contexts.
• Conduct model testing and grading, evaluating outputs for accuracy and clarity.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance in Spanish audio tasks.
• Support benchmarking and quality assurance, maintaining consistency and reliability in datasets.
• Collaborate with project leads to resolve ambiguities and improve task design.
