Job summary

Cimarron Software Services, Inc. is seeking Software Developers to provide simulation and modeling development for the Kommon Integrated Test Environment (KITE) on a human spaceflight program.

The position is fully remote, with preference for Centennial, CO-based candidates to facilitate in-person meetings and lab access; travel may be required. Responsibilities include developing flight software integrated tests, troubleshooting KITE code and tools, supporting verification closure, and

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience.
Experience with C++ and Python.
Familiarity with software development and testing.
Experience interpreting formal requirement specifications.
Ability to support different shifts, including weekends.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute flight software integrated tests based on the Integrated Test Plan.
Develop and troubleshoot KITE code and tools to support development readiness.
Support Requirements Verification Closure as needed.
Support responses to customer inquiries.
Prepare and facilitate presentation charts for reviews and audits.
