Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in military personnel rules and procedures
• Knowledge of personnel records coding and automated systems
• Experience with secretarial/clerical tasks in an office setting
• Ability to prepare reports and correspondence
• Familiarity with office automation tools and databases

Responsibilities

• Onboard new trainees and ensure accurate military records
• Process changes of station travel orders
• Handle inquiries and routine actions in personnel data systems
• Assist with customer service to trainees and staff
• Support the organization and documentation of personnel actions
