Job summary

NTT DATA in Plano, TX seeks an experienced Technology Project Lead for SOX compliance and IT controls to drive onboarding and control programs across enterprise tech environments.

The role partners with Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Software Engineering, and Business teams to ensure controls are designed, tested, and maintained, while meeting regulatory requirements and industry standards. The position offers company benefits and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology project management, SOX compliance, IT controls, audit, risk management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of enterprise-level SOX onboarding and control implementation projects.
• 5+ years of experience understanding SOX compliance requirements, internal controls, audit processes, and governance frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional technology and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SOX onboarding initiatives and IT control implementations from planning through successful delivery.
• Ensure projects align with Internal Audit requirements, SOX compliance standards, and organizational governance policies.
• Collaborate with control owners, auditors, and business stakeholders to establish and maintain effective internal controls.
• Support control design, implementation, testing, remediation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to SOX controls, audits, and compliance assessments.
