Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, CS, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of technology project management, SOX compliance, IT controls, audit, risk management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of enterprise-level SOX onboarding and control implementation projects.
• 5+ years of SOX knowledge, internal controls, audit processes, and governance frameworks.
• 5+ years of cross-functional technology and business team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SOX onboarding initiatives and IT control implementations from planning through delivery.
• Align projects with Internal Audit requirements, SOX standards, and governance policies.
• Collaborate with control owners, auditors, and stakeholders to maintain effective internal controls.
• Support control design, implementation, testing, remediation, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to SOX controls, audits, and assessments.
