Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS or equivalent in Procurement, Technical, or related Business fields preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement or Operations, specifically processing Statements of Work.
• Prior experience with VMS tools, such as SAP Fieldglass.
• Strong ability to build professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple assignments with attention to detail.
• Adaptable to changing environments and requirements.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficient with PC and internet tools, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Digitizing Statements of Work into Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Support onboarding strategies for suppliers and handle escalations.
• Oversee end-to-end SOW lifecycle within VMS: create requests, process change orders, monitor payments, onboard and offboard suppliers.
• Translate service requirements into digital Statements of Work within client VMS platforms.
• Source new suppliers to support program needs.
• Consult with managers and client stakeholders on talent engagement and buying channels.
• Build and manage relationships between suppliers, client managers, procurement, and stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of service for customers, suppliers, and program stakeholders.
• Produce standard and ad hoc reports from Vendor Management System platforms.
