Job summary

Everflow Supplies LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to protect and grow the Southern California market. This remote field role covers Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Imperial Counties, requiring residence in the region and strong distributor relationships.

The role focuses on expanding product penetration, identifying new project opportunities, and supporting wholesalers, contractors, engineers, and other partners. Travel ~80% and independent work are expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated field-sales experience in PVF, plumbing, heating, or related channel.
• Knowledge of two-step distribution and working with wholesalers/distributors.
• Established Southern California relationships with channel partners is highly valued.
• Willingness to travel ~80% and manage a territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account plans to protect and grow existing business.
• Build partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Generate business through contractor engagement, distributor relationships, and engineer specification.
• Deliver product presentations and training to build knowledge and demand.
• Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and technical documentation for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Everflow products, market conditions, and competition.
