Allstate is seeking a Category and Sourcing Management Lead Consultant to drive category strategy and oversee sourcing initiatives across travel, meetings, events, logistics, and services. Fully remote in the US, you will partner with stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver high-value procurement solutions.

You have 5+ years in sourcing/contracting within regulated environments, with proven negotiation and data-analysis skills and experience with procurement technologies.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in sourcing / contracting of services in a highly regulated environment.
• Experience developing and executing category strategies with stakeholder alignment.
• Strong negotiation, data analysis, and contracting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of enterprise category and supplier strategies.
• Analyze internal and external category data to drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scopes of work and KPIs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms in partnership with Allstate Legal.
• Manage supplier performance and risk through onboarding/offboarding.
• Build strategic relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
