Remote Jobs is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to build talent pipelines in AU/NZ mortgage support roles from the Philippines. You will source candidates with experience as Credit Analysts, Mortgage Broker Assistants, Loan Processors, and Parabrokers, focusing on offshore outsourcing needs.

The role is a full-time remote independent contractor with early-stage screening, resume reviews, and collaboration with recruiters to move candidates through the initial hiring steps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in outsourcing or offshore staffing.
• Experience with AU/NZ mortgage-related roles and processes.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsabilités

• Proactively source and engage candidates using Workable and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct initial outreach, pre-screening conversations, and resume reviews for AU/NZ mortgage roles.
• Maintain candidate profiles and pipelines in the ATS.
• Collect and manage candidate requirements and assessment materials.
• Coordinate typing assessments and support timely processing.
• Collaborate with recruiters to move candidates through early hiring stages.
