EnergyLink, the centralized supply chain arm of Quanta Services, seeks an experienced sourcing leader to drive material strategies for T&D/EPC projects. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, oversee bidding and supplier selection, and coordinate with engineering and project teams to align supply chain with budgets and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive sourcing experience, with 4–6 years in T&D or utility projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering; proven leadership of sourcing teams.
• Strong knowledge of competitive bidding, contract negotiations, and T&D materials.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute material sourcing strategies aligned with project budgets and client expectations.
• Oversee bidding, supplier selection, and risk assessments for transmission, substation, and distribution projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and construction teams to ensure supply chain alignment.
