This 1099 role focuses on targeted sourcing, outreach, prescreens, and interview coordination. You will partner with our recruiting team to build pipelines, engage passive talent, and deliver qualified candidates across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter search.
• Experience with candidate interviews and candidate management.
• Comfort with project-based work and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• US-based; able to work during standard US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced LinkedIn sourcing.
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns.
• Conduct candidate prescreens, interviews, and candidate management.
• Assess candidate fit based on role requirements.
• Maintain organized pipelines and timely follow-up.
• Represent HRG with professionalism in all interactions.
