Job summary

Fortive is seeking a Director, Global Executive & Strategic Recruiting to lead and elevate executive hiring across the enterprise, including Fortive and its operating companies globally. You will build an internal executive search model, lead a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders to define leadership needs and effective search strategies.

You will develop playbooks, talent mapping, and frameworks, while leveraging data, talent intelligence, and AI tools to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, executive search, talent acquisition, or leadership hiring.
• 2+ years leading an executive recruiting, executive search, or talent acquisition team.
• Experience advising senior executives and HR leaders on complex, high-impact talent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build Fortive's global executive and strategic recruiting function.
• Advise senior leaders and HR on leadership needs and search strategies.
• Develop leadership pipelines and external talent maps aligned with business priorities.
