Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Solutions Support Engineer to join a small, globally connected team focused on safety, security, and access management. You will become a technical expert for Allegion’s Commercial Electronics and Software products, guiding customers and partners through issue resolution and best-practice documentation.

This role offers a flexible remote work arrangement with occasional on-site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or related field from ABET accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Become a technical subject matter expert in Allegion’s Commercial Electronics and Software Products.
• Triage root causes of customer issues and provide guidance to partners and support teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define fixes and timelines.
• Document troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and best practices.
