Allegion is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist I to improve affiliate experiences by providing professional customer service for business requests. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, or online portal, ensuring timely, courteous support.

This role offers a flexible remote arrangement with occasional on-site meetings in Kansas/Missouri and requires eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PC-based software (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service interactions via phone, email, and Allegion online portal with accurate and efficient resolutions.
• Gain product proficiency to understand customer needs and expectations.
• Follow standard procedures for order status, modifications, returns, credits/debits, and pricing inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requests.
• Document service requests in CRM and monitor daily progress to meet SLAs.
