Job summary

Allegion is seeking a passionate Solutions Support Engineer to join a highly engaged, global team. You will triage complex customer issues, provide guidance to partners, and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to drive fixes and workarounds.

You’ll become an expert in Allegion’s commercial electronics and software products, supporting customers remotely with occasional on-site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of related experience in technical support or systems engineering.
