Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and the ability to craft practical solutions.
• Eager to be in a highly customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Account teams with technical expertise, product mastery, and data analysis to win partners.
• Understand customer goals and scope solutions balancing demand, budgets and data assets.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and guide improvements in coverage and methodology.
• Collaborate across onboarding and early customer success with data, insights and sales teams.
• Improve GTM assets and processes to accelerate deal cycles and growth.
