This Solutions Engineering Analyst role sits at the intersection of revenue and data, supporting sales through technical expertise and in-depth data analysis to drive trust in our outputs.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Client-Facing Data Analysis, Customer Success in a Technical Environment, or Sales/Account Management.
• Commitment to long term account health and crafting solutions for partnerships.
• Eagerness to be in a highly customer facing role.

Responsibilities

• Support our Sales and Account Executive teams through technical expertise, product mastery, and in-depth data analysis work to help prospective partners gain trust in our data, methodologies, and product outputs.
• Understand customer goals and scope appropriate solutions balancing demand, budgets, and data assets.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues to improve data coverage and methodology.
• Work cross-functionally to guide onboarding and early customer success with data, insights, and sales teams.
• Enable commercial partners through refining GTM assets and processes to accelerate deal cycles.
