Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Data Validation Analyst to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role supports revenue-facing teams by combining technical analysis, data quality problem-solving, and customer insight to shape reliable data-driven solutions.

You will partner with sales and customer success to improve onboarding, accelerate deal cycles, and strengthen the overall customer experience, with a remote US-based work setup and a compensation of $125,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales Engineering, client-facing data analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and solution development.
• Ability to troubleshoot data quality issues effectively.
• Comfortable in a customer-focused role at the intersection of revenue and data.

For our client, we are seeking a Data Validation Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will support revenue-facing teams by combining technical analysis, customer insight, and data quality problem-solving.

You will help shape appropriate solutions for customer needs while ensuring confidence in the underlying data and methodologies.

In partnership with sales and customer success stakeholders, you will improve onboarding, accelerate deal cycles, and strengthen the overall customer experience.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000+ annually
